Our perforated rear hydraulic brake kit includes an upgraded disc brake. While others use iron plates, we made our discs using high-quality stainless steel. It's designed to provide stable braking force and has expertly engineered holes to minimize assembly errors.
It also comes with a caliper which has an overall height of 13mm, a 63mm centre hole spacing, and a 7.2mm spacer bushing height. It features a single large piston design for enhanced driving force thrust and responsiveness. The caliper, as well as the master cylinder, is pressure holding and effectively prevents air from entering and weakening the braking force.

Complete pre-emptied ATV rear brake assembly kit that’s ready to install. Includes a 53” braking hose with lever, calipers with pre-installed brake pads, 160mm brake disc, cable ties and a pair of spare brake pads.

The upgraded brake disc is made from stainless steel with high hardness levels. The perforated design allows for excellent heat dissipation.

To install, insert the brake disc and check that it lays flush and flat.
Then, install the caliper and tighten the mounting screws.

This was a complete assembly with the proper disc rotor that matched the caliper setup. Well made. I needed to do a slight modification on the disc mounting holes due to the metric distance for the mounting holes that didn't match my particular wheel bolt pattern. I was aware of this before ordering the brake setup. It matched the information as advertised. It is a nice system, and well worth the purchase price.

I used these for a vet short time period. I don’t know how it is possible, but the smaller of the disc pads fell out while driving. I had no brakes. I don’t think I even have 1 full hour of use. I assembled myself, and inspected many times during my use. They were not installed improperly. All I can say is, be very careful using this kit. I hope mine was a fluke and everybody else is safe.

The lever and hydraulics are very good. However, the floating caliper design is such that you must set it up with the piston compressed and the piston-side pads rubbing the rotor. If not set up this way the inner pad will fall out. Also came with no instructions.

A little handy work was required to fabricating an adapter plate and caliper bracket. But the hose length was perfect. I replaced the worthless bicycle brake with this hydraulic setup and can now safely stop, and now this is capable of locking up the tire at any speed.

Product is nice but will not fit a 44mm hole pattern as stated in the description. The centerline is a 63mm and I had to swap the adapter from my old caliper to mount this caliper.
