Biscuit jointer. I did have to make a tic mark for center line with the shoe folded up, easy to do as it intersected the other marks, otherwise, perfect.

For the price? 5 stars. Only real knock is the hight adjustment is very finicky (use test pieces!). No problem sinking reliable holes, but I wouldn’t trust repeating cuts after changing the setup. So plan to do all cuts on a join in one go. Other thing I learned was let it spin all the way up before making the cut. Small thing but I got much cleaner and tighter fits for the biscuits.

This arrived and upon first use it was obvious the blade had been used because it started smoking. Returned and they had audacity to say we damaged it and charged a fee. Terrible refund policy and customer service. Sold a defective item and charged us for it. That’s called a SCAM

Purchased this for $90.00, NEWIt burned the slot instead of cutting it.It has been returned.I may purchase a doweling jig instead.

This did the job for about a year before I really started to have problems (it always had small problems). Keeping it dialed in where you want it is a MAJOR problem when your biscuits end up in different spots vertically. The mechanism for locking it in place is weak, the plastic knobs broke off, you need to constantly check it to make sure the plate stays where you put it.I recommend it if you have a small job and don't want to spend much for a tool you'll use once but, if you are planning on using a biscuit joiner on a semi-regular basis pay more money for something better.

Didnt even buy it, i got it for free from my job. Biscuit was cutting at a slight angle, wouldnt lock at 90 degrees, kept changing height literally after only 3 cuts, this tool is garbage. I dont think i will ever own another ryobi tool again.
