I used this product for melting the snow and ice on my porch, steps and driveway. It works quickly and makes walking safer. I bought this particular brand because it does not harm the paws of my dog. I would buy it again.

There are 3 dogs and two cats here, so I am mindful of what they have to step on. I like the way this melts the ice, very quickly and leaves a clean appearance when it is gone.

Lids were loose and flip tops open so product was all over box. Due to heavy weight, the flimsy amazon box was torn on bottom so product came out all over floor. Mess to clean up and lost product!

This was awesome at melting snow and doggies were happy knowing this was safe and won’t harm or burn their paws. Love it!

Product seems to work and does what it is supposed to do which is melt snow and ice. My issue is with shipping and packing. Both bottles of snow melt tops unscrewed during shipping and half of the pellets were in the box and on the ground because they fell out of the box. Please ensure that your tops are on tightly and secure before shipping them in the future.
