This works really well and I love that it’s safe for animals. I’m taking off a star because it left white residue on my composite decking, so I wouldn’t recommend it for use on those kinds of surfaces. I’ll continue to use it on my asphalt driveway and concrete walkway though.

Works great in Minnesota winters. One container lasts about half the winter.Makes me feel better knowing pets, rabbits and squirrels will not be harmed by it.I would buy this again.

Not to heed as icemelt but does work very well on sidewalks and steps to keep them dry after shoveling! Dog has not whined about his toes on it yet!

Purchased this because it says “safe for concrete†in the description, but after 1 light application on a thin sheet of ice on my concrete walkway, it destroyed it. Caused my concrete walkway to start breaking apart and becoming sandish. Would NOT recommend using this on your concrete!

Waited extra time over estimated delivery because of a delay. Then the package arrived damage with ice melt spilled all trhough the box. Not impressed at all.
