Both tops came off the containers inside the box salt everywhere, dripping out of the box total mess. How do both tops come off? Incompetent shipping total mess.

Packing of item was subpar Flip top of plastic container was not secured with tape. Contents spilled out into box requiring cleanup and retrieval of relatively expensive contents inside of box a small piece of tape on lid would have prevented the problem. Thus 3 stars

Product works but…i received 2 containers and both had broken lids and product was spilled into shipping box and leaking out. They need to use proper packing. Luckily I had other containers that I could use lids from them

The lid on the jug of ice melting material was damaged.....it was not and cannot be closed. It was pushed down so the jug would fit in the shipping box. Now we can't close the lid! Ice melt material was everywhere!Will not buy this brand again.Use: To melt snowice.
