I am a bit picky about thermometers since I have purchased ones in the past that were inaccurate. This one helped identify my 6 month old's fever and I compared it with another temporal thermometer that I have. So far it's been accurate for me, it's small and easy to store away, it's easy to use, easy to read, and it is an incredibly low price. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend it.Hope this helps!

I really like this baby thermometer. This thermometer has a beading ring, which is the stopping point for a rectal temperature. They make it as easy and worry free for all moms to be able to use the thermometer rectally without concern. I like that it is digital and easy to use, just a click of the button turns it on and then off again. It beeps when the temperature has been identified and stays on the screen long enough to see and read it. The top part is flexible so that it does not cause irritation or damage. I like that this can be used for all of childhood and even further. Great thermometer. I have purchased another one for my other child as well.

If you have a newborn you know they aren’t huge fans of thermometers under the arm. So this product takes a while to actually get to their temperature and between the squirming and crying it was a bit stressful. It did however get the temperature so it works fine, but if your little one is a bit impatient I wouldn’t recommend this thermometer.

Thankfully we haven’t had to use it seriously yet, but seems to work perfectly and accurately. I only intend to use it for under the arm though.

It's been accurate so far! I don't know if it's any help, but the fever range differ depending on the body location you obtain it from. I used my label maker to make a sticker cheat sheet that I can stick onto the back of my thermometer.
