In my work with kindergartners, this walking rope is a great tool to use when I need to move a group of students from one end of the school to another. I find it to be a fun and safe way to reinforce the importance of staying together, while at the same time, discouraging those students who may have a habit of wandering off. It's both strong and durable, and with lots of colored handles to choose from, the kids can grab a different color every day. I have a fairly large group, so a product like this is a must. However, I would recommend it just as highly for those of you with smaller groups.

I bought this for our church's Parent's Morning Out program as they walk to and from the playground across the parking lot. It's perfect. The kids love the colors and are eager to hold a handle and stay with it. It's a novelty to them, but certainly serves its function of keeping them in line and safe in tow moving from place to place.

The sturdiness and durability of this walking rope are lovely. We're an outdoor program and this has stood up to the elements, no problem. My one complaint is that the "adult" lead and tail of the rope are too short. I purchased several feet of nylon ribbon of a similar width and sewed it to both the lead and tail so my assistant and I have just a little bit more space, since we're not three feet tall ;)

We have an after school program and these ropes are so handy and useful! We bought 4 of them for our 40 kids! They are bright, colorful and the kids love going for a walk with them. We feel safe walking with these ropes.

This is well made and very handy. I have 5 small boys and going anywhere is a chore. This thing is magic. I love that they can put their little wrist inside instead of needing to hold it the entire time.
