Kudos for Sain Smart for providing excellent customer support.I bought my Genmitsu CNC Machine 4040-PRO MAX with 710W Trimmer in November 2024, a solid CNC machine that works quite well but unfortunately recently developed a grinding noise problem with a lead screw assembly in its X-axis gantry.After consulting Sain Smart support they promptly resolved the issue by sending me a complete replacement XZ-axis module. The replacement works perfectly and I feel renewed confidence that I can now return to making projects.Thank you Joey at Sain Smart's customer support for providing outstanding problem resolution.

Really like the build so far, still in assembly as I decided to go for Y-axis extension from start. I placed my order after getting some good advice from SainSmart Customer Service.Swift delivery.Had a small hick-up during assembly but had contact with Customer Support and they promptly solved the issue straight away in a very nice and knowledgeable way. thumbs up!

Attention, la machine n'est pas wifi!Le montage s'est fait numéro 1, avec le guide et un anglais de base ça se fait très bien. La machine est usinée à la perfection et est vraiment robuste. Par contre, dès que l'on arrive au câblage, plus d'instructions, là encore on y arrive mais là ou l'on commence sérieusement à regretter notre achat c'est que l'on réalise, de un, il faut acheter un relai supplémentaire pour pouvoir partir notre machine de notre ordi et que l'installation sur le mac devient carrément l'enfer. Le driver fourni n'est pas wifi même si sur la photo on voit le signe wifi sur la machine ça prend un câble usb, ce qui est très désagréable si notre ordi n'est pas à côté de la machine, de deux, il a fallu faire appel à un technicien en informatique parce que les codes fournis n'étaient pas complets, bref avant le technicien on a perdu des jours à essayer de trouver une façon claire pour faire l'installation en vain. Il faut espérer que la compagnie précisera un peu plus sur la fiche amazon ce qui est compris dans l'achat et qu'ils amélioreront leur méthode d'installation.

Very easy to setup. Tried a couple of the sample files and everything works great! Currently building an enclosure.
