The "other" kit I am using has gradient levels of the same color that is so hard to tell where you are at on the scale. This one is easier to read and just as fast. Test strips are good for kinda getting what it is and this is for the Sunday full testing day for water parameters. Just get it if only for peace of mind that it's accurate.

I don't understand some of the poor reviews for the Salifert PH test kit. It's easy to use and easy to read the colors. It's the best PH test kit I have ever used.

I was looking for a Phosphate test kit and bought this kit first accidentally. It was useful to me in my salt water aquarium as I ended up doing an acid wash on my reef rock and replacing it. The PH was a great kit to have before I reintroduced my fish! It worked great as all Salifert products do and I ended up getting the kit I needed as well.

I have been using the Red Sea kits and had trouble reading some of the kits. I purchased a couple of the Salifert test kits and found them to be very easy to use and read. I plan on replacing all of my Red Sea with Salifert kits to monitor my reef tank. Prices are very reasonable for the various test kits.

Everything works fine. The only downside is delivery damaged the box.

I received this product loose in the bag with the box crushed, The reagent was Open but nothing else seemed used
