AQUAAPEX, founded in 2002, is a leading global OEM supplier of water quality testing reagents and test strips. Over the past 20 years, our innovation has extended beyond technology and formulation, focusing on the user experience and feedback throughout the entire process.

4

By reducing the number of strips per package, the frequency of use is lowered, significantly reducing the exposure of the test strips to sunlight and air. This is because freshness is directly linked to accuracy.

Ammonia(NH3) detects as low as 0.25 ppm, Nitrite(NO2) detects as low as 0.5 ppm.

5

The accuracy of the test not only depends on the formulation but also requires full-color printing of the comparison color chart to ensure that the data readings are more sensitive and accurate.

6

We are constantly improving and focusing on enhancing the customer experience throughout the entire process.

Work as intended.I like that they are sealed to stay fresh up until the day you need them.Other kits I've had stopped working once opened. I can only guess that exposure to air made them go bad faster?Would recommend

Buen producto pero suelta un olor muy fuerte y feo que no había sentido con otras pruebas

These are great for ensuring that your test strips stay fresh since they are wrapped in individual packets containing only a few strips each. I tested these against the strips that I typically use and the accuracy seems to be just as good. I also enjoy that it comes with a nice little case that fits great in my organizer with all my other fish stuff.

So you can obviously use these for aquariums, and I'm sure they will indicate all levels accurately for your upkeep, but I had a different purpose for these strips and it has been an incredible time saver. So as a hobby, I refine sterling silver to silver and copper and have been using these strips to help see when I have completely precipitated out all of the copper and nitrates from solutions. It's not a perfect science, but has been helpful in me just wasting extra time thinking there may be more in the solution just because it's an unfamiliar color. For me, the time I'm saving with my little hobby is worth every penny!

I appreciate that the strips come in smaller sealed packs to help keep them fresh, which is a nice touch. The included test tube is also useful for collecting water instead of dipping the strips directly into the tank. The color chart is clear and easy to read for comparison.Overall, a good value for the price. It may not be as precise as liquid test kits, but for quick and regular monitoring, it does the job well. Would recommend for aquarium hobbyists looking for a simple and efficient way to check water parameters.

Easy to use. I compared them against the strips I have been using and they seem to read accurately.

We got these to test the water quality in our newly setup aquarium. The kit is well designed with a hole to place the test tube and plenty of both types of test strips. The test strips are easy to use and check. Unfortunately, I don't have much faith in the accuracy or sensitivity of the test strips. For example, one set of test strips is only for ammonia. We checked this regularly, and never saw any change in the ammonia levels in our aquarium. After a fish died, we took a water sample to get tested at our local fish store and they told us the ammonia levels were too high for the fish even though they had been at a suitable level two weeks earlier. So even though the test strips never showed a change in the ammonia levels, the more formal test at the fish store did. I would not recommend these test strips to know if your water is at recommended levels.
