These are great, strong, smooth, and exactly what I needed for my concert flute (and you get 2 of them). The cloths are also good quality. I like to use larger cloths to swab the inside of my flute, so I will use these for my smaller instruments. That being said, when I rented my flute, the cloth they provided was half the size of the cloths I received in this kit, and these are much nicer. Plus, I have a few cloths already. I purchased this for the cleaning rods which have the tuning line as well. I am pleasantly surprised by their quality for the price (Not flimsy) and you get 2. You can't beat thatðŸ‘😃.

I've been using dowel rods for years and didn't realize until I got this product just how hard I was making it on myself. I really like the length- perfect for my Irish wooden flute, the diameter gets to all my parts and the included cloth is very handy. And the inclusion of two rods means I can keep two different cloths on to quicken my cleaning process. Lovely product and would buy again,.. in a heart beat!

Cloth is small. Not effective for my sliver flutes. I will use for my bamboo flutes and buy some soft hankies. Maybe I don’t know how to use the tiny cloths?

Great to be able to purchase as a separate. Although nearly the same price as a proper recorder . Needed in addition to the recorders purchased.

The rods work ok. I got silk men’s handkerchiefs to clean instead of the enclosed cloths. I also use cigarette paper to clean the pads. All purchased off Amazon. Hope this helps you :).
