This kit has everything you need to keep your horn clean and dry. The body and neck swabs are made of an absorbent terry cloth material that absorbs water without scratching the horn. The material is also very durable and should last a long time. I recommend this kit.

I bought this to get the swabs on a string to clean out something unrelated to saxophones. It also had oil, brushes and all kinds of stuff besides just the swabs I needed.
