I had to carefully cut the tubing down with scissors to fit my wrist to make this great little strap fit perfectly for my underwater camera.

I used it on my speargun in order to easily carry it while swimming from one fishing spot to another. Making sure not to drop it. It is also very visible in cases when you need to leave the speargun ( or whatever equipment) on the bottom or floating making sure you don't loose it. The size of the plastic loop is perfect for me (mid to large palm size with spearfishing gloves) even if I forget it around my wrist and shot a big fish under a rock and need to go back to surface, I just slip my hand out of it. I ordered 2 I may use the other on my underwater camera .

This will do the job but I was hoping the ring part was more like the nice rubber I have on other lanyards. This is more like plastic so it won't be as "sticky" (not the right word but you get what I mean) when it's wet. I'm using this to connect to a really nice camera rig I put together. I'm not worried about it failing, just was exactly what I was hoping for, but it will work just fine.

The "rubber" part for your wrist is pure junk. It should have been made from latex rubber tubing but it was a very inexpensive plastic tube. I removed their junk and supplied my own to make it workable. This is not worth the price. Stay away from this merchant.

I used this leash with an underwater camera case & it worked well on dives and snorkeling trips. It was comfortable on my wrist and was easy to adjust. You can trim the rubber part to make the loop smaller if you have a petite wrist.

I ordered this to replace the wrist strap for my GoPro pole and underwater camera. It's so much easier to get my hand through the rubber strap now and if I drop my gear by accident, it's so much easier to locate it as the rubber is bright yellow. The string is sturdy as I usually let my equipment hang from my arm. The string however is a bit long so I cut them to adjust to a length that I like.

I like the bright color of the wrist strap since sometimes visibility is not very clear. I've dropped my abalone gauge and iron a few times and have been able to spot it because of the bright colors. But I've never had it slip off my wrist once I tighten down the strap, I usually drop it when transporting from kayak to my wrist.
