This is nice to use after every section to keep all the drills in line. Instead of the big bulky one, this one sits more comfortably in my diamond art kit.

Very easy to grab and use this effective tool for light pressing quilt seams before more sewing and ironing

UPDATE 2/14/2025 - I have only had this a few mos. It has fallen apart. The straightening tip spins around when you are trying to use it, the roller fell apart (red part pops off the metal) and the entire device came apart at the seams where you see the silver meets the black part. I know it didn't cost me much but it is very disappointing. I suggest looking for a better brand.ORIGINAL REVIEW - I use this for diamond painting. Love it. Great size and very nice quality. I recommend.

Because I sew a lot and because I love to work on diamond art paintings, I thought this might be a good tool to own. It took me fewer than 10 minutes to realize I was right - this is a great tool for me. The rubber roller works on "ironing" my seams flat (without running to the ironing board) and it pushes down any stubborn 'diamonds' that may be sticking out on my diamond art before I apply the sealer to the top. The roller measures about 1 7/8 inches wide and 1/4 inch in diameter, so it covers a good amount of material. It also rolls smoothly and easily. The straight edge is great for pushing the diamonds into uniform lines for a more finished appearance. I used it on the outer edges of my previously completed 'painting' and it worked beautifully. Both pieces can be unscrewed and reattached as needed. The handle is is made with silicone, so it's easy on arthritic fingers and doesn't slip while being used. I can see myself getting several of these and stocking them at my various sewing and craft stations around the house, and I'm sure I'll find even more uses for them!

It’s a nice size, solid but not too heavy. The rubber roller is firm but soft so it won’t damage the drills. The straightening end works great. It is on the smaller side but is good for smaller projects or if you work in small patches. nice little addition to the Diamond painting toolbox.
