This is a quality torso support. Am a woman who wasn't able to get my size in ladies clothing, so decided to try a torso support from the men's section and figured this garment could be unisex anyway. Here's sizing for reference: Since the widest part of my hips/butt is 43", I decided to order the 2XL that's advertised only as "waist 40 to 43." Received item lying flat is 17" on either side, so double that is a relaxed width of 34". The 2XL garment easily stretched over my 43" hips and rests nicely on my upper torso that's 36" under my breasts. This garment is well-made with substantial weight fabric (not at all flimsy). It has two bones on either side of the front, and two more double-bones on either side of the back. I left the back bones in place, but I had to remove the two front bones because they poked breasts when I leaned over. The bones easily removed when I used a seam ripper to loosen the bottom stitching around the bones enough to free the channel around the bones, then used scissors to clip the end of the channel. Riding the channel down, I could easily grasp the bones and put them out. Along with belly support, I could also feel my back being well supported. It's a relief to find this garment actually fits, so I'm a happy customer.

Got this item to wear under my shirt while wearing a suit. I'm not overweight of have a bulging belly, but I wanted a slim, trim appearance. The issue is this item has heavy duty maybe plastic bars that run the length of the item, so standing it's digging into my underarm area and while sitting it's doing the same. Bending over it dug into my chest. Great product and did the job, it was just uncomfortable for me.

Decent product but it can only do so much. You ever squeezed a rubber band around a balloon? It does that.

This is a really good product. It provides support and it holds everything in place while being easy to conceal. People won’t know that you have it on!

Fits great you get a great sweat when doing cardio velcro holds very good you have full mobility in it and the fabric quality is very good

If you read the chart and follow it the waist trainer is too big. The good part of it is the back supports in the product. I think it would be much better if the sizes weren't combined (L/XL).
