I needed a new whistle to go on my boat and came across this on Amazon. The quality is good and it is very loud. There is no "pea" in it to rattle around or get stuck and fail. I highly recommend this whistle to anyone who needs to notify people in an emergency while hiking, skiing, motor sports or boating.

I bought this whistle for my grandsons busy board as a learning toy. He hasn't figured it out yet but his parents will be so happy when he learns how to make it whistle! I failed to realize it didn't have a marble in it so it doesn't sound like a conventional whistle. However, it's loud!
