Just what I needed for my seed growing area in my new shop. I tried doing seeds without heat and everything failed vs someone I was working with who was doing the same, but she started her seeds indoors. My shop is pretty cold pre-Spring. These mats take care of that issue and I have a really nice set up now to start seeds for my garden. I highly recommend these mats.

These would work great for seedlings, however I got them for under my lizard and insect tanks. I can keep the tanks warm without getting too hot for my critters since there is an adjustment on these. They look like decent quality and they are working great for my purposes. I can't speak to how much they help with germination since I'm not using them for that at the moment, but I like that I will have that option if I decide to start some plants indoors in the future.
