This mug is my favorite! After purchasing another model that died in 2 weeks, I was thrilled to find something that appeared to have more features, including an app. I have had it just one day but thus far love it. The green is stunning and the quality seems great. Also love the small base for charging. I also found customer service to be impeccable when I had a pre sale question.Heats quickly and holds temp. You can customize the temp in the app. I don't love handles but I can grip around it without and it is not too warm. Will purchase another color and add to my creator list.

I've had the cup about a month now and have not had any problems. A full charge will usually last me about 3-4 uses with having it on about 1-2 hours each time. Keeps it hot although I have to have it on the highest setting. It's so nice not having to warm up coffee while watching a movie, reading or working. It holds 14 ounces all the way to the top and about 12 ounces if you want to use the lid. It cuts off automatically in about 1-2 minutes after all liquid is gone. I've noticed it turned off a couple of times and figured out that I was holding it around the bottom so was inadvertently pressing the on/off button so watch out for that. I like that it's not the stainless steel finish on the inside but I think it might be but covered in sort of a matte ceramic. This is the closest I've found to a full ceramic cup. I don't think it's too heavy. It doesn't fit all the way in my car cup holder but enough to place it in partly.

Pros: Lovely color. It has a nice weight to it. It does hold 16 oz (doesn't look like it does, but it does). The color is a pretty dusty blue, leaning slightly teal. I've used it twice now, for hot chocolate and for coffee. It's kept it nice and warm on the lowest setting, but my preference is the middle setting for the perfect drinking temp personally. I charge it overnight or during the day when I'm not using it.Areas to improve (not strong enough for me to consider it a con): the handle would be a little nicer if it were more smooth edged. Also not a big deal to me, but the buttons to turn on/off and increase/decrease heat don't take too much pressure to turn on so they can be accidentally touched. Just note where you're putting your hands, and it should be fine. A great way to drink your hot beverage and not have to keep reheating it!

The GOOD:The mug is great.. heats up fast, stays warm fast.I did love turning on my phone when I woke up, knowing I still had tea in the cup, and just turning it on before I got up to get it nice and warm.I like the included lid, that does help immensely to keep the liquid warm, but even without, it stays plenty warm.The DISAPPOINTING:I was disappointed that the 'customize temp' on the app really has silly limits that makes it kinda pointless to customize ... I get not making it hotter than what could be safe for the cup, but it really has no customization that is signifcant... and the customize appearance is just for the app and very subtle.I also wish the charger base was USB, instead of old-fashioned pin plug and fat plug adapter.IMPORTANTLY, there is no way on earth that this cup is 16oz... at best it's size hold about 12oz... very misleading. I use a Cuisinart kcup every morning set to 12oz for a cup of coffee, and this mug just barely holds it.A key buying point was the extra size so I could add creamer easier, but doesn't fit without pouring some out.

Finally I can have a cup of coffee that stay hot! I am a slow coffee drinker, I like to enjoy my y morning Joe, and this was a great value for what I got! It’s sturdy, easy to use, I can sit here and drink my coffee for about 2 hours and it hasn’t shut down on me yet. Although it does when it sits on my sinks edge and I forget to turn it off. It goes about 3 hours a little more, and is perfect! My only wish is that it fit in to my car holder. I have a Yeti cup and it doesn’t last a quarter of the time this cup does, and I didn’t have to pay other high priced manufacturers! Love it!!

I love the mug. However, I purchased this particular one because of the lid. I have a couple health issues that cause me to spill my coffee quite often. Unfortunately about a week after first using it I accidentally dropped the lid and it shattered like glass. Is there a replacement lid available that would fit this mug?

Great at keeping your drinks warm for a long time when you are busy working and keeps the hot drinks tasting fresh. Very easy to use and charge. Love that the base is not too bulky and would be great for taking on the go.

Please do not waste your money and buy this headed 2 days stop working this is a waste of money and a waste of time the concept work but the actual device is junk I was sent you a video but it lights up but it do not heat up or stir
