I ordered two of these to pressure test a plumbing manifold I was building.As you can see in the photos, one is missing a rubber washer near the handle.When the manifold was pressurized, these attempted to seal 1 1/4 inch copper pipe. The one with the rubber washer on the handle sealed fine. The one without was leaking from the handle.This is disappointing considering these were $16 each.

Tightening bolt through the center lets air/water leak through.
