Used this to plug into an LSI 8i raid controller and SAS expander. Works fine. Have 19 drives all running through the expander and the raid controller without issue.

I'm using this in one of my servers to connect backplane. Works great and I get the expected performance from my drives. Cable is sturdy and of good quality. Price is great for the quality.

Cables are very stiff. I have a SAS3 SFF-8643 cable in another server that is not nearly as stiff. Very difficult to get into a tight place so I didn't try. Also, the packaging I received appeared that the it had been opened previously. A sticker sealing across the top opening of the back was torn as if ripped by hand.

The 0.3m length is a little shorter for some of my server builds, but for the short depth size it is a good option to connect the hard drive backplane with my HBA card.
