Product arrived dead on arrival. No response after several plug-unplug attempts. Luckily I have plenty of tea on hand.

I use this grinder for coffee beans as well as spices. I use annatto (achiote) a lot in my foods. This grain is tough and this grinder ripped through it leaving such a gorgeous powder. I recommend this product. Great purchase!

I gave this to my mom to grind spices with (she grows a lot of spices and peppers and such in her garden). It works great and she has absolutely loved it. It gives a consistent grind without clogging and cleans very easily.
