I was happy with the product. Works well when grinding small quantities of food. Food doesn't stick to the walls like it would with larger sized food processers, so don't have to constantly scrape it down. The two blades work well for soft food or hard food such as nuts or coffee.

I’ve been using this product since Nov 2022 and it has been working fine ever since. What I really like about it is its design. A small, handy with zooming grind speed - serves the purpose for which I needed an option & voila- here I’m. Besides the design aspect, it is a great value for money.A couple of challenges though - given its size, its load bearing capacity is limited and it can get heated quickly. However, follow the instructions that you receive in the manual and things work out fine.However, 2 pots for grinding both dry spices, coffee beans and wet masalas - I couldn’t find any better option than this one in the market. Highly recommended!!!

I like this grinder. I exclusively use the dry canister. I'm glad the canister is all stainless steel. I use it to grind dryer herbs and roots and usually grind something every two weeks or so. After two years of use, the blade broke. I connected support and they said they will send me a replacement canister.

I have tried to find a good blender for spices and small batches of ginger garlic etc for a long time until I found this little blender. This has worked great for us and we have gone back to the vendor to order replacement cups. They have been very responsive in our inquiries and provided us the necessary replacement cups. If you are looking for a powerful blender for small batches this is the blender for you. Its stainless steel and easy to clean. It also grinds coffee very well and I used that powdered coffee in our pods for the espresso machine.

Used it to grind Sprices, it was fine for the first few times (used twice a month, total 4 times), and today it suddenly smoked. It stopped working, when I took off the jar, I saw smoke coming from the bottom. So I immediately unplugged it, to avoid fire. And now my kitchen smells like cancer.I was so in love with this grinder. It was one of the things I used to be excited for while starting cooking (I love cooking).Freshly ground spices and that aroma!But alas, disappointed. It is not even refundable. My cheap Smoothie blender is 2 years old, and still works fine.Ughhh, such a bad purchase, I am getting a branded one next time!!

My grinder stopped working after a year. I emailed their customer service, and they immediately sent me a replacement. Came in 2 days, despite the holiday rush period.I find this grinder very convenient because the cups can be run in the dishwasher. The nut/bolt that secures the blade is not showing any rust, despite the water stagnating in the bottom of the cup upon running through the dishwasher overnight.Having 2 cups is very convenient. One for dry grinding and the 4 blade one for wet grinding.Also, do remember that these units stop functioning if over heated. You will need to wait 10-20 minutes for it to cool down, after which it starts working again.

Last year I have purchased shardor coffee grinder but unfortunately it’s not working from last month. Then I have sent an email and Mr. Martine replied me very nicely. He handled it in a pleasant way and replaced with another grinder. I am so much happy and thanks to Mr. Martine again for his personalized service.

Item arrived on time. But when I opened the package, the box was noticeably torned on the sides. When I checked the contents, both cups had 2 blades on it. But the item description states that 1 cup should have 4 blades for wet grinding.

Great grinder! Been using it for the past 2 years. I'm giving 1 less star because the motor connected to the cups broke, but customer service was quick to respond and helped send me a replacement cup! One of my favourite feature of this grinder is the 2 lid system, it keeps all the coffee grounds inside mess free! Highly recommend it!
