Expensive, yes! But worth the peace of mind. An undetected water leak in your sink cabinet can do a lot of costly damage. I tried to save a few bucks and got lucky with another brand until I got a defective one that had a slow leak. Luckily, I caught it in time before too much damage was done. Installed correctly, no burs but yet, my off brand leaked slowly. All those valves are coming off. Give me Sharkbite and give me peace of mind!

This product worked perfectly. The biggest problem was getting the old valve off, but once that was accomplished, this new valve went on easily, with no leaks or problems. Highly recommended.

work great ,use no glue on my CPVC pipe when use SharkBite. The old glue go bad in can, Keep from buy can glue. MY old style shutoff valve leak when cut them off, may be this fix over years went I cut them off.

First time use. Replumbed kitchen sink in Mobil home with " CPVC ". Gave these a try and they worked PERFECTLY. Easy to just push on and not a drop of leakage. I will be using these for the bathrooms next. Buy without hesitation.

Wow so easy to install. Do yourself a favour and spend the money to buy the proper pex pipe cutter and Deburring tool. Will make the job that much easier. The fitting itself seems like really good quality. Overall really impressed with shark bite
