Perfect for writing entries on my shiny-paper calendar. Pencil barely shows up, and ball-point pens don’t show up at all, but shiny paper has met its match with these extra fine-point markers!

These are the only markers I have found that won't smudge when you mark an appointment on a glossy calendar. I suspect that is because the ink dries more quickly than others. That being said always return the cap asap after using and make sure the cap is on tight because they will dry out very quickly.

Sometimes the Ultra Fine point marker is better than the Fine point; it’s clear writing on 2†x 1†labels. Sharpie always has a secure cap lock (excluding the click markers) so it lasts a long time. Bleed through only on thin paper, perfect sized point and barrel, no smell unless it’s right below your nose. Good buy

Bought these to use at work to be able to write very small/fine print on sample tubes in the hospital. These work very well for this purpose and don't smudge at all. Handy to have in the pocket at work.
