I just got this in and didn't think it would fit, but it does, a little big actually. Shimano Speedmaster II 16, only reason I took 1 star off is because I also got the Large spinning reel cover for a Saragosa 10000. The neoprene is thicker and the cover just seems nicer than this cover, but it will work for the most part.

I bought this for my Shimano Talica ii 25. The large size fits real tight but maybe i should go with XL. Overall I am pleased and now my reel is protected from dust.

I have 4 of these covers on my Shimano Talica reels. These are the best covers that I have been able to find in the marketplace. In my opinion the material could be denser or go slightly thicker, but definitely better than nothing! See pics: for TAC 50II use extra large, TAC 25II Large (snug) and for TAC16II use large (slightly loose), medium is too tight for a TAC 16II, probably okay for a single speed TAC 16.

The Large sized neoprene cover fits a Talica 16II perfectly.Good seam stitching. Fits nicely, even when the reel is mounted on the rod.
