This leg pillow supports your knees and is extremely comfortable. It stays in place and is cool and lightweight. I has knee replacement surgery 2xs and the 2nd time I of my surgery I bought this product for a good night sleep and it kept the weight off my knee.The quality is awesome, you can wash the fabric cover which to me is wonderful. I pack this when I go anywhere, vacations etc. I wish I found this when I has my first surgery.

First of all, the strap on this pillow is not removable or adjustable. However, even if it were, I would not use it. The good thing about this pillow is it has significantly reduced my morning hip and back pain. It is very comfortable to sleep with and I really like this pillow. I wish I had gotten one sooner.

My husband always complained about sleeping sideways and needed my leg or a pillow to put in between his legs. Thanks to this pillow he is able to be more comfortable and get better sleep at night

I've been in a job that requires long hours of standing, which has caused my legs to hurt a lot, and I’ve had trouble sleeping. That's why I decided to purchase this product.When I place it between my legs and lie on my side, my knees don't touch each other, making it much more comfortable. The size is also compact, so I can fall asleep easily.I’ve heard that raising your legs while sleeping can be more comfortable, but for those who usually sleep on their side, I think this product is more effective.Thanks to this product, I can sleep comfortably, and I'm really happy with it!

Helped relieve my back and hip pain. Soft, comfortable, easy to toss and turn with.The leg strap is unnecessary and kinda annoying but that’s a small issue. Overall really great.

First, I have to put a disclaimer here. Do not use this product review as medical advice. Always seek medical advice from your doctors. I have permanent disc and hip injuries along with lumbar root pain. This pillow has taken much of the stress off of my back and hips. I noticed immediately the first time I used it and don’t sleep without it now. It’s a game changer for more comfortable sleep. It’s also portable for traveling and the pillow itself can be removed from the zip cover for washing. It also retains its shape well and doesn’t make your thighs overheat.

Light weight pillow, but dense enough to be firm and supportive. I find the leg strap to be generous size, I'm about a size 13-15 pant size and there is plenty of room to fit a wider leg than mine, but even with the straps looseness it stays in place and is easy to slide on and off if I get up during the night. I think it's really helped ease some of my back pain.
