Very pleased with these solar fence post lights. We have had them close to a year now. When I first opened the box, they were exactly as described, but I was a bit concerned they may not last, and I had doubts. But, no regrets, we love them. They are so beautiful; and we have had many compliments. They are being used in Central Florida on 5" tan vinyl fence posts lining our yard. We love the brown/bronze color contrast against the tan fence. Quick and easy assembly. We just snapped in the appropriate provided insert for our post size. Directions recommend screwing them on; however, we just set them on top of our posts, as we weren't sure of their longevity and if it would be worth putting holes in the posts. The lights go on at dusk and stay on all night, until dawn. There are two different light settings (cool blue hue or a warmish yellow hue). They provide a nice amount of light. They lasted through all of our winter breezes and summer storms just fine. A few of the light caps blew off during Hurricane Helene, but they landed beside the fence and were still working, so we brought the ones that blew off to provide light inside at night, (we had lost power); and in the morning, we just set them back on the posts. During Hurricane Milton, half of the lights stayed on the posts, and half of them blew off; but again, they were all nearby- all, but 2, were still working after back-to-back hurricanes. Those 2 that quit working had fallen and disassembled, upside down, while the pouring rain pounded them and soaked them. Honestly, I am certain, if we had screwed them on the fence posts, they would have all stayed on and all would still be working. I should note: Milton took down our big tree, with many neighborhood trees, and caused part of our fence to lean, and yet our fence lights still work. These lights were the only lights on our street when we lost power in both hurricanes.Now, we will probably screw them on to the posts prior to next hurricane season. We are repurchasing to replace the 2 that we lost in Milton, and a few to keep as spares.

Have had them up for three months so fa and working great. Last all night long and give off just enough light. They're not really bright but for the price I'm impressed with them. You can see while walking in the dark part of the yard now. Look good on the fence also. We put them on every third post down one side along the sidewalk. The last shot of the back deck is at sunrise after being up all night. All the other shots are from 9:30 pm EST. This product is well worth the money so far.

I love the brightness of the lights. We bought lights for our back corner fence last year from a local store, and these lights are much much brighter than the others we bought. This is a great value for the money. They were also very easy to install given they fit several sizes. We needed a 5x5 and they look great. Not sure about durability since we just received these a few days ago, so time will tell. But overall we are very happy with our purchase.The only complaint I have is they took several days longer to arrive than what was stated when we ordered.

The styling looks good and the lights are bright enough. They are just a little light weight. We’ll see how long they last. One pleasant surprise is how long they stay lit. I bought these in winter and all 4 stay lit from 6 PM to 6 AM. I’m sure that will fade as the batteries get conditioned, but 12 hours on a solar charge in winter is great.

Pictures are from 6 am in the morning, and still shining bright!!! This is the night after a rainy and cloudy day. These are well worth the money. Used them for over a month and never have one of the lights not came on, and they have been consistent every single night. I had different lights on the fence before, thought the problem was lack of sunlight in certain areas, but no, the problem was the old lights I was using. These work great.

I think these are great. They look really nice and have color options. Only downside is I thought you could pick any color you want, but you can't. You can either pick all white or you can set it to RBG which will turn from red to blue to green. But you can't pick just red, or just blue, etc. Also, you can't really set them to all to turn the same color at the same time or in a pattern unless you somehow manage to time it when you switch to RBG mode. I would have preferred to choose, but they are still nice and a decent price compared to others. For reference, I have 4x4 posts.
