This has been a game changer for us this summer. We recently had a pool put in so our home is the place to be this summer. This machine make more ice than you need in a day. I purchased some ice bags, so before the weekend I package up several bags of ice and all of our company is able to fill their ice chest full without ever depleting the load.I highly recommend this machine. Easy to set up and install. It is a work horse and will provide more than you need.

This is the second unit we purchased, trying to find an ice maker for our business. The item you receive is NOT the same one as in the pictures. We got a tiny short mini unit that you could barely fit a scoop in. It didn't produce ice well and broke down the first week using it. The few trays of ice it did make were just great, but it didn't fill up the basin, it wasn't fast, it was super tiny and made for a family, not a business of any kind...ay least it would be if it worked. It was a cheap piece of crap that was a smaller, crappier, cheaper version than is shown in the pictures and description. DO NOT BE DECIEVED! The pictures and description are a total lie!

When these efforts did not resolve the issue, they swiftly arranged for a replacement. Within less than two weeks, I received a brand new unit.The exceptional performance of the ice maker, combined with Silonn’s outstanding customer service, has left me extremely satisfied. We originally purchased an ice machine from euhomy it lasted less than 2 yrs. We wanted to replace after ours quit working. I looked up the same brand to find out they are more expensive and charge shipping. I reached out to the company and told them our situation. I told them upon looking into the ice machine I learned that they are a distributor not the actual manufacturer. Meaning it is the same exact machine whomever is selling it just puts their name on it. I explained there were other options at cheaper prices and they told me basically go purchase one of those! So I did. Even the smallest amount of customer service would have earned for them the sale. We purchased from Silonn and could not be more pleased. It saved us almost $50 with no shipping fees and the up charge the other company was asking. The machine that came is the exact same one we uninstalled. Works perfectly, extremely happy. Do your homework and save your hard earned dollars.

This is not like a freezer to just store the ice cubes in after you make them, I thought it was. With that being said this thing works great as advertised. I love that you can set the ice cube thickness so you can get the perfect ice cube size for your need. The ice maker in my fridge kept breaking so we bought this maker instead. We fill up the ice tray in the freezer to dispense the ice. Takes 2 hours to make enough ice to fill up the ice tray. I have not hooked up the water drain line to permanent line but have it draining into a bucket on the other side of the wall until I can run pcv line for drain.

Bought and installed this machine about 3 months ago and it's already causing ice build up issues. Tried calling the company but just get the run around......don't waste your time or money.

The box didn't look injured, however when opened the packaging was broken and the top corner of the ice machine is damaged.
