Good for plant grow lights and regular office lighting reflector doesn't get hot with leds but gets a little warm with my compact fluorescent lights but is of no real concern for burning objects or your plants

This thing does what it’s supposed to do, works. There’s nothing fancy about it, you’re not going to impress anyone with this lighting the way.I’m using these for an indoor garden so I’m using LED grow lights. The light reflects well and with LED it stays cool. The clamp is pretty strong, there’s no worry of it getting loose without any manipulation.

I've got to say, these Clamp Light holders are nearly a shining beacon in my otherwise dim workshop! They clamp down like a determined crab—secure and ready for action. However, it seems the dome has a bit of the wanderlust because it wobbles just a tad more than I'd like. Imagine trying to focus while your light is nodding yes to everything you think! It's like working with an overly agreeable robot. Nonetheless, once you tighten it up (maybe with a heartfelt pep talk or a strategic wedge), it holds steady, casting that glorious, life-affirming light wherever you point it. So, a solid four stars for being my somewhat shaky beacon of hope!

These are sturdy looking and good performing lamps that will see use in my 'office", the garage, and the basement. They work really well with LED bulbs, concentrating and focusing the light most anywhere I'd want it. Convenient!

These fixtures are great! These 2, 10 watt Sandi grow bulbs fit with much room to spare! You could easily fit a much larger bulb if need be. They do get warm, so be wary they don't burn any plants or fabric that may be in contact with the base!
