It is the best looking rear discharge toilet and I installed it on a concrete floor with sewer pipe going out the back wall. As I was concerned, the sewer is prone to leakage because of the rear discharge design. I replaced the provided pipe/rubber gasket with an ABS pipe and a rubber coupler with clamps but still leaked the first time. I was able to pull out the toilet, retighten the clamps and so far so good but my takeaway is maint access and ability to pull the toilet out without cutting pipes (I used a rubber coupler with clamps) is essential because of the sleek design which covers sewage pipe connection.Another drawback is the instruction in tiny print is very poor; nothing is labeled and it took me a while to figure out even connecting water supply. The customer service response is very prompt.

We needed a rear outlet toilet for our ADU but ended up having to delay our project indefinitely. There was nothing wrong with the toilet but we returned it due to our change in plans. It's a convenient type of install if you're not able to drill into the floor for the outlet. I explained our situation to the seller and they were very accommodating and removed the $70.00 return shipping fee.
