Skunk2 Pro-S II Coilovers are our non-adjustable full threaded body option for the ’06-’11 Civic. Pro-S II's use most of the same technologies and manufacturing processes found in the Pro-C suspension system line minus a few bells and whistles.
Each Pro-S II Coilover system is based around mono-tube design that features forged threaded body that allows for ride height changes separate from spring pre-load and precision valving dialed in by Skunk2’s suspension engineers for the spring rates spec'd out for each application. This combination results in exceptional durability and reliability with smooth operation.

I have these coilovers in my 2009 FG2 Si. They're intuitively designed and straightforward. You can figure out how to adjust them pretty easily if not consult the Skunk2 knowledgebase video on them. You will definitely need measuring tape to equally adjust all sides. Also, you should continually clean and grease the threads because they can rust very easily thus seizing the adjustment rings. I kept the stock height for my car in order to accommodate winter snow and poor street surfaces.I was driving on the stock suspension for three years before installing the Pro-S IIs. My Si also has Eibach front and rear sway bars and a Tanabe front tower brace. The rear shocks are very stiff; I can push down on/try to bounce the rear trunk lip and can barely depress it unlike with the stock shocks that were soft and floaty. Now it feels like like pushing down on a tabletop. These coilovers definitely help the cornering particularly on tight, 90 degree corners at intersections. I think the rear stiffness helps the car turn so much more easily almost feeling like a RWD. The car feels more stable, less understeering, and leveled. I would recommend at least a stock front sway bar or none to further improve the cornering of longer, curvier corners like highway exit ramps. However, in my Si, I can feel the contours/every inconsistency of the road even on smooth ones. There is constant, light vibration in my steering wheel. These coilovers also make the ride very uncomfortable especially in cities with poor streets. It feels like driving a rock constantly bouncing. There's a lot of tension felt after sitting in the car for long periods of time.

I wanted the slam look on my FA5 civic and decided to go with very known brand Skunk2 for Hondas. These coilovers gave me the ride height i was looking for but not the ride quality. Overall it did what i needed it too but i should have upgrade to dampers. Also Didn't like the fact it can with no Upper strut mount for the front, had to spend an additional $200 almost and just not impressed by this. Had i known that i could have gotten better coilovers for the price i spent in total.Ride is a bit bouncy but you need to really adjust and play with suspension to get it riding nice...I finally found a sweet spot and after a weeks its riding allot better now.
