I just drop this into the door track and you cannot open the door at all. I feel much safer-even it someone picks the door lock, they would still have to go through the reinforced glass to get in. Would recommend.

Easy to use and secure. I was concerned that removing the bar would be a bother but I am pleased to say that it installs and removes easily. Love it!

Nice bar, easy to put together and very sturdy. The only was anyone us getting in would be if they broke the glass. Glad I went with this brand.

Works like it’s supposed to. Sit inside the sliding door frame and if we forget it’s in there, we can’t open the door. Pretty sure it’s doing its job.

Simple and easy. I leave my slider door cracked open 6â€, even when not home, knowing that it stops the door on the tracks. If someone were to try to break in, they’d break your door before breaking the product.

So bought this because our sliding doors needed a new latch , but on the second night the locking pins broke and now won't fit inside the door so it won't function properly. Probably won't buy again 😕
