Looks very well designed and made. I had one previously that had flat slide plate to cover water hole; this one has deep oversized circle to cover 1/2 “ pipe opening and I believe will slide much better as much less sliding tolerance as well.

It's a good product.The only thing I take off 1 star is that the instruction inside said the max length need to be 2 7/8and on the website it say 3 something.The website is more likely correct.

I just received this tub spout and I am really very happy with it. It, like another reviewer said, was a piece of cake to install and was a matter of a few turns of the hand and it was on. No other tools needed and, not even a plumber. I love the looks of it in my bathroom. It has a bit of modern look to it and it is very solid and well built!

This spout leaks water after you pull up on the shower diverter button. The water in the spout back feeds into the wall. Garbage. I replace it with a quality spout.

*UPDATEDThe company reached out and I had some great customer support. I was shipped another one and had another go at it. I didn't have very much luck with the threads, so I tried using the "non-threaded" way. I chopped off the threads on my copper pipe, slid the plastic attachment on and it seems like it's working fine so far.*Old ReviewI bought this to replace my previous tub spout. The previous one was tightly fastened onto the extruding copper pipe, since it was from the same company, I thought that this one could go on just as tight. After almost getting it into position, the plastic threading stripped and the spout is now useless to me.
