Looked exactly like the photo online and included the allen wrench for hex nut. Installed in minutes and most importantly, worked perfectly.

This is a metal housing tub spout with diverter. It is the slip-on type, not screw-on, so it requires a threadless 1/2" ID copper tube (5/8" OD). The housing slips on the tube and is sealed with an O-ring against leakage, so the copper tube needs to be clean and smooth. An Allen screw on the bottom of the spout, and supplied Allen wrench, secures the spout in place.I see no difference in the quality of this spout than in one I could buy at the big box store.

I haven't had time to install it yet, but this tub spout appears to be very good quality. It has a nice, flawless chrome finish with no orange peel. It has a metal body with some plastic parts inside.Installation looks simple with the included hex wrench. I always like to put a bead of clear silicone caulk around the top half to keep water from getting into the hole in the wall around the pipe, but that's optional. Otherwise, everything you need to install it is included.The item came in a small, unmarked brown box with a "Made in China" sticker on it. The spout was in a foam sleeve to protect it from scratches. No instructions were included, but they offer very basic installation instructions in the listing. Seems like a great tub spout.
