My husband thought I had lost my mind when these came in. He said he had never seen anything like this before, but I had seen these on cooking shows. They are wonderful, absolutely nothing sticks to these. They are so easy to clean I just wash them off with hot soapy water and then dry them with a dish towel and they are ready to go again. It saves all of that scrubbing on pans trying to get stuck things off. I don't know why I didn't know about these sooner. I think every kitchen should have these.

I bought a four-pack of KICKOIL silicone baking mats to do my annual Christmas cookie extravaganza. I'm extremely pleased with everything about these mats. The price is phenomenal, they fit my new Nordic Ware half sheet pans nearly perfectly, and they functioned flawlessly in the oven. I didn't even bother to clean them between baking batches of cookies and they all came out perfectly! I'm glad I bought these things and will be using them for all my nonstick baking needs. I can't say enough about these mats and I'm upset with myself it took me to my mid 40's to find them. It is saving my baking pans so much. They clean super easy, I never have to grease them. NOTHING sicks to them. Food cooks perfect. LOVE LOVE LOVE a must have for anyone who bakes anything.

Silicone mats, are non stick. Mine held up fine in the oven. Clean up is easy. Just keep in mind use of these mats will increase cook time. I baked some cookies on these and the bake time had to be nearly doubled.

I bought this pack of non-stick baking sheets to replace an expensive silpat that was made in France. (I know this is true because it had it printed in VERY LARGE LETTERS up the side.) I used that silpat for years but finally decided it needed to be replaced. I've used the Kickoil baking sheets for a few months now, and they are every bit as good as that silpat. Better yet, I bought this pack of three baking sheets for a fair bit less than I'd paid for the original one. Definitely a win! The only thing I do not use a baking sheet for is cooking salmon. It is hard to clean even the Kickoil baking sheets after salmon, so I use parchment paper for that. That's the fault of the salmon … these are great baking sheets.

I had never used cooking mats before, so I was a bit skeptical when I bought these. Am I ever glad that I did!Just lay this in the bottom of your pan and put your fish, chicken, etc. on top. Pop it in the over and bake as normal. The copper wiring in this helps to distribute the heat so that both the top AND bottom of your meat gets cooked evenly. And it leaves a nice bit of crisp on the outside as well.When you are done, just lift the mat out, wipe it off and throw it in the dishwasher. Ta-Da! All clean and ready to go again. I LOVE this for our fish and chicken both. I have used them for cookies as well and they do great. Just be sure to check your cookies a few minutes early as they may cook just a tad quicker than normal with this mat, due to heat distribution.Nice mat for the price and they work well. Certainly helps to keep a lot of oil and butter out of our diet, which should help our cholesterol levels next year lol. I am getting some for Christmas presents, so I will definitely be getting more!

This product has deceptive description. The image shows 450F and description mentions 500F (260C). I even asked the seller in a question to confirm the max temperature and they said 500F. But the product I received clearly says it's only up to 450F.
