Good value for the money. The machine is good for people who spend a lot of time at a computer and need to exercise their legs without leaving their compute work. No assembly required and noise level is not disruptive.

Works well. Very quiet. Definitely needs a non skid pad under it. My only real complaint is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust the time of the programs.

In general, it works as described. A couple things should be noted:1. The remote does not always seem to connect with the unit. Very often, a button needs to be pushed repeatedly in order to make the unit respond.2. When the remote doesn't work and you have to lean down and push a button on the unit, everything there is printed in silver-gray on a shiny black backgroound. If it's indeed under the desk, the available light is by definition not great and your legs are pumping right in front of it, so it's easy to fumble around trying to find the right button.
