Great pliers at a GREAT price.I had one small project that required snap ring pliers, but I did not have any. The cheapest at a local car parts store were $29.99.Found these on Amazon and had them delivered the next day.Don't know how long they might last, but the worked great for my project.

The pliers work fine, the pins for the inside and outside pins are a little large and unreplaceable. They worked fine, so I did keep them, but many of my projects will require a smaller set of pins to engage.

2008 Kawasaki Teryx boot axle replacement needs these tools. Tools needed to be oiled and worked in before use but not a deal breaker. These are not professional tools, they just sit in the drawer and wait for you to use them every 2-3 years. Rings are a bonus.

I needed a snap ring pliers to dismantle barbell collars for cleaning and lubrication. Since I wasn’t sure which size I’d need, I went with the set of 4, which wasn’t much more expensive than a single pair.I ended up using one of the pliers, and it worked great. The tool was strong enough to bend the snap rings, and during reassembly, I used it like an ice-pick to help seat the ring properly in the groove. No worries about the tool breaking—it seems pretty durable, especially for home use.Overall, this set offers solid value and versatility for a variety of tasks.

This is a nice quality set for the money and is a pretty complete set. I was having so much trouble removing an external snap ring with my needle nose pliers and decided to get this. What a difference and how much easier to use. They all came in their own separate package and its a really good set.

I used these in two projects before they broke.The first project was replacement of UJoints on my truck. I used them to remove and replace the small snap ring. They worked great for that.The second project these were not adequate enough to stand up to the job. I tried using them for the 1.25" snap ring in my hubs and they weren't strong enough to open the ring and eventually broke the tips.
