Perfect fit for my tall Le Cruset stock pot! I can do 2 layers of quart jars in it. The racks aren't as wide as my old splatter ware water-bath canner but they would work in that as well as long as I was careful putting jars in the racks.

Turn any stainless steel pot into a water bath canner with these wire trays. They're very heavy duty and I've already used them a free times for canning. I've used them as protection in the bottom of the pot and to add a second row of jars to increase my canning capacity with smaller jars.

I've only started canning things, and these racks will keep the jars in place and separated in the water bath. I love that you can stack them for pint canning. Really cute, clever, and practical. I'm very happy with this purchase.

They definitely lied about this being stainless steel. I used it to prevent my mycology substrate bags from touching the top of my pressure cooker and clogging it. Left it to cool for 8 hours and this thing is already coated in rust... wasnt even submerged...what a rip off
