I got these because the blades looked thin enough to fit in between brick pavers and remove weeds. They work great and are thin and sharp enough to get stubborn weeds out my brick paver patio and driveway. Be aware, they are sharp, wear thick gloves and go slow.

I returned this item immediately. When I opened the package the shears were so badly misaligned that nothing could possibly be cut! There was an inch between each sheer blade when closed! Because many people were very happy with this product I asked for them to send a new pair instead of issuing a refund. So far nothing has been sent. I will update this when/if the new pair arrives. UPDATE - I, once again, got a defective product and have returned it. I will definitely NOT be ordering from this company again. These are consistently defective. I will ask for a refund.

They cut well for the size of the opening but if the blades are 4†long, the cutting surface is less than 2â€. The spring action isn’t very strong either. I think I could pull it apart and try to bend it to open further but it would shrink again over time.If you’re looking for small detailed cuts it might work but it doesn’t for my use which is thick grasses/leaves.I put a picture up comparing it to a standard pair of grass shears. Better sharper blades but much smaller cutting space.

These shears are SO uncooperative when trying to trim! They are clunky and not sharp. Fifty percent of the time the blades cross over one another & from then on consider them UNUSABLE because the blades will forever be misaligned… which they are already. Waste of money.

O primeiro que recebi tinha sido obviamente utilizado e reembalado, mas o segundo que a Amazon enviou no dia seguinte era novo e funcionava muito bem. Muito útil para aparar as sebes no final, embora as minhas mãos estejam a ficar velhas, pelo que não pude utilizá-la durante muito tempo.
