Great look and feel (in the hand when pouring). Stylish and "lights up" in a blue hue when on. Pot fits perfectly on its mount, and can be a workhorse (I use it multiple times a day without fail). Quietly boils water and stops itself once boiled. Love the pot, as the integrity of the glass and pot remains even after months of use (without glass clouding or aging).

I love this little thing. It heats up water perfectly and fast and it's good for the price and it makes perfect for my wife's tea and my son's ramen noodles

I really like the appearance of this kettle. It is bigger than I need, but it is nice to be able to boil more water if I need to. It can be heavier than expected when filled to the max line. In 4 or 5 minutes, the one liter I need is boiled, ready for my coffee or tea. While I'm getting ready for the day, the very cool blue lights let me know it is heating, and when they turn off, I can see at a glance that it is ready. I hope it lasts a long time because I really like it!

This water boiler works as expected. It has helped me improve my tea experience over hot water out of the water cooler as most call for boiling or just before boiling and the water cooler just wasn’t there. I have used it for a week and it seems to work great. If I had to complain about something it would only be that it doesn’t have settings for lower temperatures.

I purchased this kettle to bring to my office. It is a little bigger than I had envisioned. I am using it at home instead. It is a nice glass kettle. It heats up the water very quickly. The flip top makes it easy to clean since the opening is large enough to get my hand through with a soapy sponge. The kettle fits on a removable plastic base that plugs into the wall to heat the water. It appears to be well made and hasn't given me any trouble. There is a mesh strainer in the spout which is nice since sometime I put my tea bag into the pot while the water is heating up. The strainer keeps any loose tea leaven from getting into my cup. I think it is a good kettle for the price.

I bought the purple kettle and it is very pretty and the kettle works great. It heats to a rolling boil pretty quickly and I really like how the kettle turns itself off automatically. Great price too. Highly recommend.

Bought to replace an older one (different manufacturer). The good: heavy 3-prong plug, adequate base that could be a bit heavier. Heats water pretty quickly. Filled to the max line, it took just over 9 minutes to full boil and shut off. Emptied the water and refilled, second boil came in just over 7 minutes. Looks nice.The less good: the lid doesn't come off, and for someone with large hands (and/or arthritic wrists) this might be a drawback. There are instructions for removing scale, but if you dislike hard water spots on the glass, reaching into the interior to clean or dry is tough. The kettle is sturdy and heavy enough you probably won't tip it over; however, when filled, it is QUITE heavy, and pouring becomes uncomfortable for arthritic wrists. Gradual pouring (for making coffee) is iffy because the spout is more or less "all or none."It does the job and was cheap enough I won't bother returning. In the future I'll probably search for items like this in a store, where one can examine things better.

I received the item, however it was faulty and only worked for 30 seconds after being plugged in. Nonetheless, the team was extremely responsive and issued me a refund straightaway.It was pretty while it worked, wish it was working for me.

Looks like a brilliant kettle, gets great reviews - however it should NOT be on the Amazon.co.UK site as it does not have a UK plug. Simply putting this in the description would save a lot of returns and hassle.
