They took quite a while to reach me in the US (I think they came from overseas somewhere) but my instructor, Laly Mille, uses them a lot and I wanted to try them myself. Sure enough, they keep a very rich color when smeared with something damp. Very much enjoying them, and liking the different colors.

I hadn't noticed that these were not specifically for paper so that is why I use these pencils for my coloring books, cards and journals. The colors are more vibrant than any I've ever used and the colored pencils seen to melt on paper when touched with water. (Not in a bad way.)I can tell you that it does not smudge. Also, I added a bit of water to a picture I did several weeks ago and the color still moved, so it is not permanent. I have thought about spraying a fixative on the final product. I am going to Google that before I do it, however. When coloring with the watercolor pencils, they feel soft and smooth in my hand but have a little drag to it when pressing down.Finally, I like these pencils so much that I messaged Stabilo today to see if they either made a set with more colors or if they have any other pencil sets very similar to the quality of these. Waiting to hear back.Hope this helps.

These pencils arrived broken. These pencils are too expensive to have not been secured for travel. We all know that if the core is harmed, the pencil continues to fall apart with use. I have been wanting these pencils for some time. I cannot express enough my disappointment.

Not well packaged and 3 out of the 8 pencils had the lead broken so by the time you sharpened, you lost over an inch on each of the 3.

Die Buntstifte sind sehr, sehr weich im Abrieb und stark pigmentiert. Sie sind schon fast wie Wachsmalstifte. Wenn Hitze in ihre Nähe kommt z. B. durch Trockenfönen des Bildes, dann schmilzt die Buntstiftspitze an. Das Holz der Stifte ist gut anzuspitzen.Ich mag die Stifte und hätte aber lieber statt Weiß und Schwarz einen hellblauen und hellgrünen Stift gehabt.Die Stifte schreiben auf Glas, Metall, Porzelan und Plastik. Allerdings kann man sie auch mit dem trockenen Finger wieder abwischen. Was da der Sinn sein soll, erschließt sich mir nicht.Was ich krass finde, ist, dass die Stifte in dieser Anzahl und Zusammenstellung im November 2023 sagenhafte 4,77 Euro gekostet haben und jetzt (Juni 2024) kosten sie über 20 Euro.

Die Stifte haben eine sehr gute Qualität. Sie lassen sich mit Wasser sehr gut vermalen, haben eine sehr weiche Mine. Ich benutze sie sehr gern. Leider kommen sie ungeschützt, nur in einem luftgepolsterten Briefumschlag. Daher sind die Spitzen abgebrochen. Die Versandverpackung ist ein absolutes No-Go!!!!
