Reviewing these and the full color set. Love these pastel colors. Quality is great for crayons, so thick and creamy feeling. Kind of like oil pastels but a little harder. I love letting my inner kid loose and drawing big, scribbling etc. The wood casing is nice and sturdy and easy on the hands. I’m obsessed, will def buy more when I run out. Worth the money.

These pastel colors are a great addition to the woodys I already own. I don’t think think I’ll ever use one up. I can’t think of another art product I own that has such great value for the money. I am REALLY liberal with color application with these things and I think I’ve only sharpened a few even once.I love how versatile the techniques are that you can get from these guys. Anything you can do with a Gelato, you can do with a woody, but with the added benefit of there being more of a tip. I always bring these along when I’m spending time with younger kids with no fear that they will get messed up or make a mess that can’t easily be cleaned up with water. The younglings get to color or add water and paint and I can work on my more adult projects at the same time. It’s really nice to have at least one product that I don’t have to be precious about.

Great set! Very pastel colors. Worth the money, very fun to use. They are like a crayon that turns into a watercolor. I’ve used them with a brush, as well directly on to 300gsm watercolor paper.

I've used stabilo for over three years now and love love love them. Everything about them is fabulous (except maybe price but everything is higher now). Buy them, you won't regret it.

They are fun but they lack the extra punch to make them a serious art supply as a medium without supplementing missing colors with neo color 2 by carandache. I want them for their water solubility as a water based medium. I’ve had the best results on canson mitientes gray toned paper using the more toothed side. It is not a water friendly paper only enough to get your brush wet and blend. I had ok results on arches cold pressed 300lb. Arches doesn’t really retain the vibrancy of colors so not my favorite.Woodies did terribly on toned paper journal with no tooth. Can’t layer or blend.

I really love these pencils. I’ve been using them for over a decade with my kids and gift them to everyone we know. I was excited to get the pastels for a kid we already gifted the other colors to. My package arrived smashed and the box ripped. I purchased as a gift but these are not giftable. Disappointed.

I have to be honest, I really wanted to like these but I just can't. I got these as a gift and while I am grateful for the gift I am disappointed in the product. These truly are for children. The pigment is minimal and if you add water it washes out to even less, as in nearly gone. I really like Stabilo All but these are just overpriced internet hype, media made for children. I am glad I asked for a small package because I would be livid had it been the big over priced set. I don't need "cute" I need functioning and these aren't. I do not recommend these to anyone. Use your money and get an artist grade set of watercolor crayons, that last time I checked were cheaper, high quality, high pigment and you will be much happier.

Non ho mai capito la composizione di questa mina: saranno pastelli a cera o pastelli semplici soltanto dalla mina un po’ più morbida? Chi lo sa. Fatto sta che li adoro, li uso più io di mia figlia.

Heel leuk! Zowel op papier, een donker tekenbord, het raam, een glas, ... te gebruiken.Dochter was heel blij. Voor alle leeftijden! Prijzig, maar tevreden : )
