Welds great with no issues, I don't even clean them before welding. Seems to be high quality stainless.

received the product opened it up and no bolts ,nuts or washers and it stated in the description bolts nuts and washers came with it

The flange on my cat rusted enough so the gasket would no longer seal. The sound was a bit annoying and it wouldn't pass inspection. But the pipe is in great shape. I was going to try and make a replacement but then I came across this. After cutting the rusted bolts I had the pipe out and it only took a few minutes to remove the remains of the old flange.Welding it on was easy. The original weld was very thick and the flange is also very beefy. I just had to rotate it so it would bolt up to the exhaust, tack it in place, remove the cat, and then weld it up. I have a car lift so it was real easy but even with jack stands it still wouldn't have taken much more than a half hour. Much better than buying a new cat. I didn't use stainless mig wire but I expect that it'll last just as long as the original.
