Product : Indoor, Intelligent Stair Case LightsBrand : AUTUNEERASIN : ‎ B0CPXM4W6SModel : AUTU-LT12-3000KGood:ControllerCOB Light StripsCould be better:Nothing to Note💡Impressions:I installed traditional LED step lights in a staircase leading to a lower level in my home. I used motion sensor light switches and some creative wiring to get them to turn on and off from either direction. I had to cut drywall, install electrical boxes, 14-gauge wiring, the step lights, and the two motion sensor switches to complete the installation. They work in that they light the stairs, but this takes illuminating a staircase step to a completely different level. This is a much more elegant solution with less labor, a lot of control, and customization. This controller operates up to 36 light strips. The light strips are low-voltage, so there's no need to daisy-chain 120-volt electrical wiring to each location. Trust me, it's a pain. One 120-volt connection will drive up to 36 light strips from the easily concealed 8.58 x 3.07 x 1.10†controller box. The 12-volt wires are easy to work with, and they can be run in places where bulky standard household wiring just won't go. The lights mount easily under the lip of the stair tread, and concealing the small-diameter wire was fairly easy. There is adhesive backing on the light strips that could allow mounting them directly to the step. I mounted mine into an aluminum channel track secured with small screws. It adds some protection for the light and is very secure. The controller will let you vary the sequence, delay time, and brightness. These features are not possible with traditional step lights. They take up little space, are bright, easy to work with, and look fantastic. The included COB light strips pack more LEDs into a smaller space, resulting in higher intensity output than other types of LED technology, resulting in clean, uniform, bright light. An elegant modern look for this old house. I'm more than pleased.âRating:Five Stars for their great look, completeness of the kit and the variable 36 channel controller. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. I hope it helps.

Love the options. Wish there was an extra extension for the motion sensor. I had to splice some wires to reach the bottom of the stairs. Other then that it works perfectly and was easy to set up

This kit is awesome! There are several different modes to choose from but I like the one that lights up the stairs in a cascade best. There are two motion sensors to mount at the top and bottom of the staircase, and the stairs will light up in different directions depending on where you are.You can change the illumination mode, how fast each stair lights up after the previous one, and how long they stay on. The other modes have similar settings as well.Install:The kit comes with everything needed for a 12 step staircase, but you can get more LED strips for up to 36 steps on this controller. Each LED strip has its own pigtail and there are extension cables included to run the wires to the controller. I didn't measure the wires but they are more than long enough for a single staircase. This kit gave me 3 motion sensors but only one extension cable, which I think may have been a mistake. I would expect 2 sensors and 2 cables. Nevertheless, I was able to mount the controller close enough to the top sensor that it worked out fine. This was easy for me to install. The hardest part was finally deciding to pull the trigger and drill holes in my hardwood staircase to run the wires. The biggest advantage I had was access to the underside of the staircase. This kit would be very very difficult to install by yourself without an open underside to run the wires and hide the controller and power supply.Overall this is a great kit and looks absolutely amazing, the only reasons I took off a star is the before mentioned motion sensor cable, and I noticed that a couple of the strips are a slightly different color temperature than the others. It may just be due to manufacturing variance, but it may bother perfectionists.

There are no instructions on how to set the sequence for the lights. I cannot get them to work properly, in addition they do not send wires for the ice sensor. Very dissatisfied.

These basically work for themselves! The sun will charge them during the day and then they stay lit all night. My pup is able to see where he is going where before, is used to be pitch black. It gives the step a highlighted feel without going all night and you are able to still see where you are. Loving them.

This is a great idea a super cool addition to my stairs. It will take time and planning. Hiding the wires can become tricky and requires extra drilling or any method that works for you to hide the messy wires. Very bright and durable. Other than that they look amazing.

This set of lights for steps are for wide steps, and programmable for top or bottom entry. The other functions are how long they stay on and how they light up, flowing or all at once. Recommended for versatility.

These statue lights are great. It ain't take long to install if you don't care for the wires and boxes to be seen. My staircase has a wall near the middle and that's where my "junk" went. There are two motion sensors so it can be triggered from the top or bottom of the stairs and the light come on and go off one at a time making a cool cascading effect like you would see on a spaceship in a sci Fi movie.
