This pot is of decent size for just me living by myself where I cook rice in it or boiled potatoes and my instapot or vegetables is easy to drain things because it has a handle and you can move it over to the sink fairly easy once it's done cooking. I liked it a lot and use it quite a bit

I love to steam/pressure cook veggies in my 3Qt Instant Pot. Unfortunately, IP doesn't make steamer baskets in that size, so here I am. I chose this one because the one-piece construction feels a lot sturdier and easier to clean than a mesh basket, and after a month of using it several times a week, I do not regret my choice.It's very sturdy, the stainless steel is thick enough, and the whole thing is smooth. The little silicon thingy on the handle is very useful to avoid burning your hands (!).Pour 1 cup of water in the IP's inner pot, put the steamer basket over that, with your veggies inside, and just cook. Then lift if out, put it in the sink and let it drain a bit (this seems to be necessary for some veggies that retain water even if steamed). Doubles as a very nice colander, and is extremely easy to clean - nothing gets in the holes. I wash it by hand in 10s, so I can't say how well it'd do in the dishwasher.I only wish they made a shallower one so I could stack it on top of my high trivet and cook something else below.

I really like this steamer basket. It arrived with a little dent but that's not the manufacturer issue as Amazon shipped it with a plastic bag mailer. The basket itself works great but the little tube like handle cover is a bad idea. I removed it because it just collects gunk while cooking and you cant clean it out.

this has 500 more holes than the another version i bought and i am very happy about thatthe pot fits the 8qt greati took the silicone handle off, all you have to do is lift the metal handle quickly with a spoon to the upright position and let it sit for a minute or two and it cools enough to lift quickly and set on a platemine came without any dents or scratchesJesus bless you!

This is so much easier to use than a regular folding steaming basket inside the instant pot. I love that it's easy to clean, and I love that it has the silicone on the handle so that it's easy to just lift out and dump into a bowl. This has streamlined my steaming of vegetables so much. I'm following the medical medium protocol, so I steam a lot of vegetables nearly every day. This thing is a godsend. I got rid of my folding steaming basket, because it was just too hard to use, and it kept falling apart. And if I ever need to use this basket in another pan other than the instant pot, it's going to come in handy for that too. I'll never go back to using the old folding steaming basket.

Just the right fit for my 3qt. Instant pot. It is sturdy & well crafted. It's as advertised. Just the right size for serving portions for one to three people. One person can easily get at least 2.5 servings of veggies for example! Ummm.... tasty!!

I just used this to steam a pork loin last night. It fits the my 8L intant pot perfectly and the handle makes it easy to remove from the pot. It keeps the food away from the steaming water in the bottom of the pot and the small holes ensure that small items like peas and corn won't fall though.

Il s'adapte parfaitement à mon Instant Pot Pro de 5,7 litres (6 pintes), et grâce aux pieds, je n'ai pas besoin de trouver quelque chose pour le poser au-dessus de l'eau. L’enveloppe en silicone autour de la poignée est également une belle touche.
