This product works well when it works. After only using it for a little over the month the spring inside of the lock mechanism popped out and now I am no longer able to use the device.

Actually, I am a bit disappointed and I have left a comment with no reply. The lock cylinder fell out of it the first day I had it and I can’t even figure out how to put it back in again. Makes me think it’s not a very secure system I’m waiting for feedback or comment on this question. Has anybody had a similar experience? Does the manufacturer have a comment on this? I’m considering to return it so far, I’m not comfortable giving any stars for it because it has caused me more grief. I may talk to Locksmith about it. I’m not impressed. It’s a lock cylinder just fell out when I was using it

There is no perfect means of preventing vehicle theft but with this, they’ll have to have a hacksaw with a good blade.
