worked great, but they dont last long, as with any of these strippers. used few different ones, they all went about the same amount of time.

So far the best I have found for paint and rust removal from metal, you can use up the entire disc w/ even some of the backing and it doesn't leave much plastic residue or glue gunk on your project like most other of this type. They last a considerable time.

Really good for stripping old paint off a deck (which I bought it for) and also easily removes flesh off of knuckles (which was an accident and entirely on me). I stripped really gnarly sand-infused heavy deck paint off of 400 square foot of deck and only used one and a half of them... now I gotta find something else to strip. Maybe my co-worker's knuckles?

These disc are very effective, but dangerous. Halfway through the life of the disc, pieces began to break off. The problem is that those pieces were traveling between 100 - 200 mph. After being hit in the face, chest and arms countless times. I gave up on it. Very short lifespan. I had the guard on.

I have an exterior metal framed door, which was in dire need of new paint. It took about 10 minutes to completely get through what appeared to be about 7 layers of different color paint. Took it to bare metal and went on to paint with in 20 minutes. Just make sure you wear a mask and eye protection!
