If you’re looking for a zen project that seems straight forward but somehow takes 3 hours, this is the project for you. It seems simple, but takes some PATIENCE, or be drunk like I was so I could just appreciate the journey and not give into annoyance. Haven’t used it yet, spent the evening with this thing but honestly I needed the distraction from family affairs so I didn’t mind.Tell your family your doing “important eco engineering†then crack a case in peace, no one will bother you.

I love everything about it except the color.Easy to put together, seems sturdy, I buried 2 4x4 s leveled them, than attached the legs with pipe clamps. I would change the color to camo

I started composting when I decided to drop garbage pickup. I bought this because critters were eating food scraps in my compost pile by the garden. Yuck.This keeps the critters out. It's easy to fill on 1 side, letting the other side cure. I like having 2 batches at different stages.There hasn't been bad odors, even in hottest summer days. I compost a lot of fruit, so there's always fruit flies. I started adding grass, sawdust and paper shreds, and that seems to help keep the flies down.Like other commenters, I wish the openings were a bit larger. It helps to get a garden spade to scoop the finished compost out better, and there just isn't much room.

In 9 months this bin went from nice looking to being an eye sore that my home owners association is asking me to get rid of. The green plastic has faded to almost white. I wish Id have bought a different composter.
