I bought this Lion head fountian 2 years ago. It stop working few days ago. I called the place where I bought it from, and I was told it needed a battery, and was told that is the first thing that fails. I wanted to order a battery, and was told, they did not have any in stock, that I have to wait till February of 2025. Very disappointed, now the fountain does not work without the back up battery, which is very expensive. Furthermore, the battery, I was told, is not available to buy anywhere else, except thru them. Not worth buying this expensive fountain, especially if you are not able to buy the battery when needed.

Overall great quality and no issues! Love the solar power option and works exactly as it says, it will run when the sun’s out and once it goes down it stops. However the one con to this fountain is overnight when it doesn’t run and to starting back up in the morning, I’m noticing we keep having to fill the base everyday. It’s quite annoying to have to fill everyday, however if you don’t mind totally worth the money!

I love the fountain but it keeps falling due to the shallow opening. I’m currently using a screw that is very secure in a brick wall to hang it but it keeps slipping off. Any suggestions?
