We just moved into a house with a large fig tree, two paw paw trees and two persimmon trees. Needles to say we make alot of jam for the first time this year. This kit was wonderful with everything included. Made it very smooth and easier than we thought for first timers.

I ordered this kit at canning season and it arrived fast enough for me to use it before I completed my canning. I was able to process about 4 batches in the pot and loved how deep it was so that my jars all fit well and there was still head room above the water so that it would not boil over on my stove top like my old one did.The pot is durable, and made with quality products!The biggest and best surprise was that I finished canning one night and left the water in the pot overnight. The next morning it was still HOT!!! I could not believe it! It retains the heat so well! You could probably use it to make and leave a pot of hot chocolate for a family gathering.I would highly recommend this purchase!!!

I absolutely love this canning set, I cannot wait to use it, the pot is nice and thick has water level etched inside of it. It comes with tags and everything you see. It's very nice. I'm going back to canning like my grandmother used to do.

Very thin metal, cheaply made, it has a design flaw, the jar rack cant hang on the pot preventing you to rest jars for 5 minutes. You'll need purchase a proper rack to be any good.
